"Karena alasan inilah kami melihat hubungan yang kuat antara DFL dan PSSI, untuk semakin memperkuat hubungan Jerman-Indonesia,” ujar Naubert seperti dikutip dari siaran pers PSSI, Jumat 9/6/2023.Naubert menambahkan, Bundesliga telah sangat aktif di Indonesia selama bertahun-tahun, bekerja sama dengan otoritas lokal dan mitra untuk mendukung pertumbuhan sepak bola. Terdapat berbagai aktivitas yang telah dilaksanakan, seperti 'Bundesliga Common Ground Jakarta' dan 'Bundesliga Experience Indonesia'. “Kami dengan senang hati meneguhkan kembali komitmen kami di Indonesia dan memperkuat hubungan kami dengan Bapak Thohir dan PSSI, untuk bersama-sama memajukan sepak bola di seluruh negeri dan semakin mengembangkan kehadiran Bundesliga di Indonesia. Kami sangat menantikan kolaborasi yang erat ke depan,” ujar itu, Ketua Umum PSSI Erick Thohir mengatakan, pihaknya mengapresiasi sambutanan hangat yang diberikan oleh DFL. PSSI dan DFL memanfaatkan kesempatan ini untuk melaksanakan serangkaian pertemuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam pengelolaan sepak bola profesional di Jerman, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu liga terbaik di Eropa. “Upaya ini sejalan dengan misi kami untuk mengangkat liga sepak bola Indonesia yang diharapkan akan menjadi kompetisi sepak bola utama di Asia Tenggara,” kata pun menambahkan, kerja sama PSSI dengan DFL bertujuan untuk meningkatkan level olahraga dan aspek teknis sepak bola Indonesia, memicu peningkatan kualitas permainan, dan daya saing. Kemitraan ini tidak hanya memiliki kekuatan untuk merevolusi sepak bola sebagai sebuah cabang olahraga, melainkan juga untuk pengembangan pemain muda Indonesia. “Karena fondasi kompetisi diperkuat melalui perjanjian ini, maka aspek-aspek penting seperti organisasi kompetisi, manajemen stadion, keselamatan penggemar, dan perizinan akan dijalankan dengan profesionalisme,” tegas terkenal sebagai rumah bagi pemain Asia di Eropa, dan lebih banyak pemain dari Asia yang bermain di klub papan atas Jerman dalam 20 tahun terakhir daripada gabungan empat liga top Eropa lainnya, menghasilkan pahlawan lokal, seperti Makoto Hasebe dari Jepang dan Lee Jae-sung dari Korea Selatan. Bundesliga merupakan liga sepak bola asosiasi profesional utama di Jerman dan dengan rata-rata penonton terbanyak di seluruh dunia. Liga ini didirikan pada tahun 1963 dan terdiri atas 18 tim yang menjalankan sistem promosi dan degradasi dari Bundesliga DFL memiliki perusahaan anak bernama Bundesliga International yang bertanggung jawab untuk menghubungkan dan menginspirasi penggemar sepak bola di seluruh dunia. Fokus utamanya adalah mendorong internasionalisasi Bundesliga dengan konten yang mudah dimengerti. Bundesliga International memasarkan audiovisual, hak sponsor kemitraan, merek, dan lisensi digital melalui jaringan global yang terdiri atas 80 mitra.
